About the song

Summertime means getting to visit amusement parks and fairs, and trying your hand at the various games and attractions. It's fun, right? Not always, and that became the theme of 2019 Eurovision winner Arcade by Duncan Laurence. This song became a huge hit, and the win was The Netherlands' first since 1975! Apparently people thought the staging might be too simple for Eurovision, but clearly neither the juries or the public thought so, given that Duncan finished second in the televote. Since then the song has been streamed over one billion times on various streaming platforms.
