Shipping

We ship worldwide using PostNord trackable shipments. The yarns are shipped in soft, water-proof plastic bags. 

Flat-rate shipping

The flat-rate shipping cost is 80 SEK for domestic (Sweden) and 100 SEK ($10 or €9.5) for international shipments.

Note that shipping costs are set in SEK, so the estimates for other currencies may fluctuate slightly on a day-to-day basis due to the conversion rate.

Shipping Times

The standard shipping times as given by PostNord are 1-2 business days within Sweden, 2-3 business days within the EU, and 5-7 business days for the rest of the world. However, some variations should be expected based on your exact location, and the general state of the world (looking at you, Suez-canal blocking cargo ship). You will receive a tracking number so that you may keep track of your shipment, and please contact me if your shipment is taking a long time to arrive!

Local Pickup

If you are local to Östergötland (and Mjölby/Linköping specifically), you can use the Local Pickup option. We will contact you when your order is ready for pickup and arrange a date and time.
